2. I prezzi dei Contratti a tempo su azioni sono influenzati dal pagamento dei dividendi, dal frazionamento e dal raggruppamento delle azioni sottostanti. Per maggiori dettagli, fare riferimento alle comunicazioni da parte delle operazioni sul capitale.
3. I clienti che possiedono Contratti a tempo su azioni non hanno diritto alle azioni in mancanza di documenti che attestino la proprietà delle stesse.
I clienti che possiedono posizioni di ACQUISTO di un Contratti a tempo su singola azione alla data di stacco del dividendo, riceveranno un importo in contanti positivo che equivale al pagamento del dividendo (i depositi verranno effettuati sul conto di trading del cliente in base alla dimensione del lotto e alla proporzione del dividendo che paga i titoli sottostanti).
I clienti che possiedono posizioni di VENDITA di un Contratti a tempo su singola azione alla data di stacco del dividendo, riceveranno un importo in contanti equivalente al pagamento del dividendo (il prelievo verrà effettuato dal conto di trading del cliente in base alla dimensione del lotto e alla proporzione del dividendo che paga i titoli sottostanti).
(Se il conto del cliente è in USD, l’importo della rettifica verrà convertito in USD in base al tasso di cambio spot)
Un esempio può essere se Apple Inc. (APPL) annuncia un dividendo in contanti di 0,01$ ai suoi azionisti. Alla data dell’ex dividendo, il prezzo delle azioni di Apple Inc. rifletterebbe l’azione aziendale e diminuirebbe di 0,01$. ATFX effettuerà una rettifica del prezzo in contanti ai clienti con posizioni aperte su Contratti a tempo di Apple Inc.
Se un singolo cliente di ATFX possiede una posizione di ACQUISTO di 10.000 azioni, la rettifica in contanti verrà calcolata utilizza10.000 Contratti a tempo su azioni x 0,01 USD = 100 USD come dividendo in contantindo la seguente equazione:
(Nota: se un cliente possiede una posizione di VENDITA di 10.000 azioni, ATFX addebiterà 100 USD sul conto del cliente).
Se un singolo cliente di ATFX possiede una posizione di ACQUISTO di 10.000 azioni, la rettifica in contanti verrà calcolata utilizzando la seguente equazione:
Numero di azioni * quota del dividendo su azioni * prezzo di riferimento della quota = importo della rettifica
esempio: prezzo delle azioni di riferimento dichiarato = 180 USD
Se una società annuncia il frazionamento azionario o il frazionamento azionario inverso, il prezzo delle azioni della società sarà soggetto a cambiamenti significativi.

Se un cliente di ATFX ha delle posizioni aperte (di ACQUISTO o di VENDITA), ATFX effettuerà rettifiche in denaro ai clienti che possiedono posizioni aperte sui Contratti a tempo di Apple Inc. Tutti le rettifiche saranno effettuate in contanti, o ATFX attuerà il frazionamento o il raggruppamento delle azioni.
Se un cliente di ATFX ha delle posizioni aperte (di ACQUISTO o di VENDITA), ATFX effettuerà rettifiche in denaro ai clienti che possiedono posizioni aperte sui Contratti a tempo di Apple Inc. Tutti le rettifiche saranno effettuate in contanti, o ATFX attuerà il frazionamento o il raggruppamento delle azioni.
Una società quotata annuncerà i suoi report sugli utili ogni semestre (o trimestre). I dividendi sono soggetti all’approvazione del consiglio di amministrazione di una società ed sono una distribuzione dei guadagni di una società a una determinata classe di azionisti. Generalmente, i dividendi sono emessi sotto forma di dividendi in contanti o di dividendi su azioni.
Ex dividendo è un termine in ambito azionario che indica quando un dividendo dichiarato è di proprietà dell’acquirente piuttosto che del venditore. Se una persona acquista un’azione il giorno stesso o prima della data dell’ex dividendo, l’acquirente non avrà più il diritto di ricevere il dividendo.
