2018년 ESMA(European Securities and Marketing Authority)는 직접거래 고객을 보호하기 위해 몇 가지 제약 조항을 도입했습니다.

전문투자자로 분류되면 직접거래 고객에게 부여된 이러한 보호 수단을 자동으로 포기하게 됩니다.

Professional 계좌를 개설하면 사용 가능한 레버리지가 늘어나고 포지션 개시 및 보유 증거금이 줄어듭니다.

전문 트레이더 자격 기준을 만족하려면?

전문 트레이더가 되려면 다음 3가지 기준 중 2가지를 만족한다는 증빙서류를 제출해야 합니다.

  • 파생상품 거래 지식이 필요한 금융업 분야에 현재 종사하고 있거나 최소 1년 이상 종사한 적이 있습니까?

  • 지난해 분기당 평균 10건의 거액 거래를 했습니까?

  • 예금을 포함한 금융상품 자산이 €500,000를 초과합니까?
